Orascom Development’s CEO Khaled Bichara announced that O west generated more than EGP 2.2 billion in sales since launch. He also announced that the third phase Fera Residences is set to launch in October offering fully finished apartments.
Orascom development is also launching a new marina in EL Gouna. The new marina is called “Fanadir Marina” and will offer high end fully finished apartments and penthouses all enjoying the view of the marina with direct access to the red sea.
Orascom Development Egypt achieved profits of EGP 393.7million in the first half of the year 2019.
