Payment Plants
Memaar Al Morshedy gives you the option to choose from 2 prestine payment plans:
1- 5% Down Payment, 20% upon Contract, and the remaining installments over 6 years.
2- 10% Down Payment, 20% upon Contract, and the remaining installments over 7 years.
Unit Delivery will be within 3.5 years.
