The developer is focusing on promoting the image of an all-year-coastal home. The number and size of the billboards City Edge are hard to ignore. That is with the beautiful sea blue background, and the logo of each of its projects right next to its own.
This advertisement campaign comes right after City Edge’s prior campaign in Cairo Promoting Etapa. Etapa is City Edge’s project in the 6th of October city in Cairo. It has a strategic location in the center of Sheikh Zayed where it’s only a few minutes away from all the necessary amenities. Etapa spreads over 77 feddans of land and it’s higher than its surroundings by 22 meters.
Another Project of City Edge is Al Maqsad in Cairo’s New Administrative Capital. The project falls in a prime location in the R3 residential district. It is in close proximity to the Financial and Business District, the European University, the Canadian University and the Olympic Village.
Also excitingly, City Edge is building Zahya in New Mansoura. Zahya is a residential compound that will have many different real estate property types available for sale. The units vary between apartments, duplexes, twinhouses, townhouses, and villas.
