Emaar Misr seals the deal for executing “Belle Vie Emaar” at 1.2B EGP

Based on the great successes achieved by Emaar Misr in its projects in West Cairo over the last year, and the selling out of the units in the first phase of the Belle Vie project in a matter of days; the company continues its achievements and announces its contract with Redcon Development and Solid Construction. That is to begin implementing the construction works for the first phase of the project. This happened only 10 months after laying the foundation stone and launching the project. The second part of the Belle Vie project will be launched in the next term. It provides a lifestyle marked by refinement in many nuances.

Belle Vie Emaar

Emaar Misr had created the groundwork for the Belle Vie project by arranging a lavish party, which was attended by a large number of businesspeople and artists and was entertained by the famous Lebanese composer and pianist Michel Fadel. The project’s distinctive qualities enticed many of Emaar’s Egyptian clientele to purchase the project’s various and opulent properties, resulting in the sale of all units in the first phase in record time.

Emaar Misr announced that Redcon Development Company will build Valley Villas, which will have 243 units and will cost 661 million pounds, while Solid Construction Company will build the area of Plaza Residences and Beach View Residences, which will have 10 buildings and 326 units and will cost 524 million pounds.

Mr. Mohamed Al-Abbar, founder of Emaar Properties, stated that since its entry into the Egyptian market more than 15 years ago, the Emaar Group has worked to provide communities and residential projects that meet the needs of its customers, as they had a vision towards investing in the Egyptian market, especially in new areas, and that vision appeared in their projects such as Marassi, which is now the capital of the North Coast; and Uptown Cairo, the most prestigious residential development in Egypt.

• Belle Vie is Emaar Misr’s second project in West Cairo, following the Cairo Gate project, which was announced in October 2020.
• It stands in the new Sheikh Zayed City, which serves the needs of many consumers searching for the greatest levels of high-end living and the availability of numerous services with the highest quality standards according to international norms.
• Belle Vie is situated on 500 acres in the new Sheikh Zayed City.
• The project’s investments total up to 38 billion pounds.
• “Belle Vie” was meticulously designed to ensure a life experience that lives up to the level of “beautiful life,” as its name means in French, and is distinguished by:
  • the presence of a green valley extending 1,400 metres throughout the project
