Il Bosco, is a world class project and a revolutionary concept to be implemented in the Middle East and North Africa for the first time. Located in the heart of the New Capital along the Mohamed Ebn Zayed Street, Il Bosco is situated amongst exclusive residential districts and connected through main lines of transportation, and surrounded by primary attractions in the New Capital city.

Near by attractions include: Opera House, Diplomatic District, Financial District , Expo City, Medical City and Academic City. Il Bosco is also 10 minutes from New Cairo.

Il Bosco also has two vertical forest towers that serve as a model of sustainable residential buildings. It is designed to be environmentally friendly. The buildings are designed to host trees and floral plants. This district provides an architecturally integrated living system while placing “trees in the sky”, designed to bring back nature in urban form and seek unity of people and ecosystem.

Il Bosco offers a range of villas and apartments. It will include buildings with ground level open spaces, parks, walking pathways, and community pools. It will also include a commercial hub connected to the other districts through green corridors and walkable streets. The HUB, a green retail & commercial center, integrates rooftop plantings and hanging gardens throughout the public realm.

The Meadows
The Meadows span the northernmost portion of the residential zone south of The Club district. The landscape is soft, open, and porous. Fields of seasonal wildflowers, grasses, and native plant arrangements bloom year round creating a distinct character for the district. This uniqueness is expressed in a continuity throughout the development.

The Park
The Park consists of natural landscapes connecting to manmade open spaces and gardens carved from the forest. The Park, with its abundance of programmed spaces, connects the development east to west making use of active trails offering residents perfect access across the community.

The Cliff
Taking advantage of the existing topography, this area provides views to the CREEK and extended views to the New Capital. Villas take advantage of these views by creating dining terraces, stepped living spaces, and unique swimming pools experiences.

The externally accessed Clubhouse rests at the pinnacle for unique dining and recreation experiences. The Cliff district is the water source of The CREEK, the central open space feature connecting all residential districts. It is here The CREEK originates by means of a series of natural “springs” which feed into the central park.

The Valley
Stepping down from the Cliff, The Valley provides direct access to the Clubhouse for residents of the villas, as well as prominent views down The CREEK. The CREEK settles into a meandering stream, the Valley provides a landscape of fields and streams that link back to the forest.

The Creek
The CREEK is the source of life and activity for the development. All districts are nurtured by The CREEK. Running through the heart of the villas area, a running water feature provides a physical and visual connection back to the Club.
