The Hub will be located right by Waterway New Cairo. Its pristine location on the golden square right behind Iwan compound makes its location premium. The Waterway\u00a0is one of the most significant new real estate developments in New Cairo. The compound is a unique place with special amenities and superb location advantages. The Hub Payment Plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The project is estimated for delivery in 2 years. With that in mind, Waterway has formulated a payment plan that suits several pallets out there:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay 10 % upfront as down payment, with the remainder distributed on equal installments over four years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
