Siac Developments had commenced the delivery of its prestigious administrative project, The Central, in the heart of the New Administrative Capital's (NAC) Central Business District (CBD), directly facing the Central Bank of Egypt and adjacent to the Egyptian Stock Exchange. 

The company has already finished delivery of 70% of the project’s units. Siac Developments had also launched Rewaya - a boutique compound, in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, that represents a significant milestone for Siac Real Estate Development, highlighting its commitment to developing integrated urban projects aligned with Egypt's vision for comprehensive urban development.

SIAC Developments Mother Company 

SIAC Developments’ mother company is SIAC Holding, which was established 39 years ago as an Egyptian private sector joint stock company. The holding is verified by the Egyptian Construction Contractors Federation as a first-class contractor.

SIAC Holding has three main subsidiaries in complementary fields, each with a group of companies under its umbrella. These subsidiaries include the following: 

• SIAC Holding Development for real estate development and facility management

• SIAC Holding Building Materials for wood, aluminum, steel, and flooring 

• SIAC Holding Construction for constructing and contracting 

Under the umbrella of Siac Holding, the companies have carried out many projects, including Telal Al Gezuira, Majarrah complex, and Polaris.

Moreover, SIAC Developments has its golden imprint and has been focusing its efforts on developing projects in western Cairo, specifically in:

October Hills 2 is a prominent gated community developed by SIAC Developments in 6 October City. The compound spans a land area of 168,000 square meters, with the largest proportion of this area dedicated to greenery and amenities.
