The Ministry of Housing reviewed the status of land development projects under the jurisdiction of the New Urban Communities Authority in the West Dabaa area, encompassing an area of around 2380 acres. 

A comprehensive urban community is set to be established, complete with essential infrastructure, aimed at accommodating the residents of both the coastal and inland regions of West Dabaa. 

Additionally, there will be the creation of service areas for the local population and regional investment zones overlooking the coastal road. 

The minister also presented an update on the land allocation, the planning specifics for the area, and the situation regarding the investment zone. Bear in mind that El Dabaa North Coast includes many facilities for its residents.
