Villette is planned as a walkable community, made up of several neighbourhoods that are all organised around a village center. The organisation of the pedestrian corridors, vehicular roadways, and extensive sports and bike trails all facilitate safe and easy access between the different neighbourhoods and to the village center, providing for an interactive lifestyle around community amenities. With this project, SODIC is aiming at setting new standards for community building in Egypt

With perfectly sculptured greenery and beautiful yoga berms, The Aura is a meditative park ideal for connecting with your mind, body and soul.

The Hive is the social park where you can meet up with friends and neighbors or host events and parties in the shaded areas. The Hive features a maze garden suitable for all ages to explore and have a unique adventure.
