Why Invest in Riseville?
Riseville may suit both end users and buyers with a longer-term view, mainly because of where and how it is positioned. The phase’s unique selling propositions revolve around the following:
- Early-phase location. New Garden City is part of the first phase of New Administrative Capital, which is planned to house the main government departments, ministries, and foreign embassies. If those plans are realized, they can support long-term demand for housing nearby.
- Limited scale. 20 buildings across four gated clusters make Riseville a small, controlled community inside a much larger district.
- Everyday services close by. A sports club, schools and universities, places of worship and a hospital with specialized clinics sit within or near New Garden City.
- Open outlooks. The elevated layout and the district's position face the Green River, the CBD and The Iconic Tower.
- Institutional backing. City Edge Developments was set up as a partnership between the New Urban Communities Authority and the Housing and Development Bank.
