Vision & Mission of Horizon Development Group
Under the great leadership of Sheikh Majid Bin Saeed Al-Nuaimi and the well-known Abdullah and Adnan Saffarini, Horizon Egypt Developments was born in the United Arab Emirates with a strong vision and a solid mission to accomplish the Egyptian real estate market.
As for its vision, Horizon Development Group envisions itself building integrated urban and commercial communities and neighbourhoods that support a sophisticated lifestyle.
Horizon embraces its ambition to revitalize the cultural, intellectual, and artistic legacy before modernizing and integrating it into daily life. It encourages and fosters international communication and cultural exchange through literature, the arts, trade, and holistic tourism.
All of this takes place in the crucible of leisure arts, which have a wide range of applications and are continually evolving. Through a range of commercial leisure centers, the arts come together to showcase themselves to the general public.
The company has developed an integrated vision to integrate the arts into daily life and grow into not only commercial centers but also entire neighborhoods and cities that are intended to be more lively, modern, and occupied with only a few commercial activities that support the cultural and ideological identity.
The mission of Horizon Development Group is to strive to rebuild the cultural heritage sector that promotes a sophisticated lifestyle that improves people and enables future generations to live decent lives in its new, modern idea of modern cultural cities and neighborhoods.
This vision and mission are being looked after under the supervision of His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Majid Bin Saeed Al Nuaimi & Chairman of "Ajman Ruler’s Emiri Court" & Chairman of Horizon Egypt Developments.
Horizon Development Group Golden Imprint
Horizon Development Group has a genuine philosophy behind its projects. First of all, the company has a concept behind choosing the locations of the projects to be either a coastal city or an all-year-round geographical climate that is moderate, such as Ras El Hekma.
Also, the company bears in mind that modernizing or advancing cultural heritage, cultures can evolve in a civilized manner. That is why it creates eco-friendly neighborhoods and cities via innovation and provides a dignified and elegant way of living in areas such as New Cairo.

A 2km business strip, a school, a clubhouse, a sports club, a medical facility, and two five-star hotels are just a few of the first-rate amenities and services that SA'ADA provides. Furthermore, a substantial 16% of the project is devoted to verdant areas, guaranteeing its occupants a tranquil haven.
With surveillance cameras and specialized staff in place for increased security measures, SA'ADA also places a high premium on safety.
Following Saada New Cairo Compound's phenomenal success, Horizon Egypt Development moved north with Saada North Coast, a brand-new, world-class resort. The resort, which spans 125 acres near Ras El Hekma, provides a wealth of experiences.
