In the early 1970s, an extraordinary journey began that would span several decades. This journey started with the founding of an enterprise in the Egyptian construction industry by Eng. Talaat Moustafa and his three sons.

• In 1985, TMG Group began its development projects in Alexandria by launching the Al Agami area. This marked a significant step in the company's expansion within the Egyptian real estate market.
