El Gouna, our flagship project, is a private self-sufficient town built on 10 km of the Red Sea coastline in El Gouna, Egypt. El Gouna comprises a total land area of 36.92 million m2, of which 15.64 million m2 has been developed, thus providing a large land bank for future development.
